Custom 3D Prints & Cancellations

Please note that most of our products are "made-to-order" custom 3D prints. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or has a significant manufacturing defect.

The Nature of 3D Printing

Due to the nature of FDM and resin 3D printing, minor imperfections, visible layer lines, and slight variations between items are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects. Each piece is uniquely manufactured.

Returns

For non-custom items, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Square/Credit Card). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

At Christian 3D Prints, we strive to deliver your custom 3D models safely and efficiently. Since each item is printed to order, please review our shipping timelines and procedures below.

Order Processing & Production Time

Because items are 3D printed specifically for you, production time varies based on the complexity and print time of the model. Generally, orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after production.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can file a claim and provide a replacement.

Material Care Warning

Please handle your 3D printed items with care. FDM plastics can warp in high heat environments (such as a hot car or direct summer sunlight). Resin prints can be brittle and may break if dropped.

Intellectual Property

All physical prints are sold with the appropriate commercial licenses from the original designers. Any digital files sold are strictly for personal use and may not be resold or redistributed in any format.
