We use a third-party service for payment processing (Square). We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to Square whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, including SSL encryption and secure session management.

Please note that most of our products are "made-to-order" custom 3D prints. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or has a significant manufacturing defect.
For non-custom items, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Square/Credit Card). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
At Christian 3D Prints, we strive to deliver your custom 3D models safely and efficiently. Since each item is printed to order, please review our shipping timelines and procedures below.
Because items are 3D printed specifically for you, production time varies based on the complexity and print time of the model. Generally, orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping methods:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can file a claim and provide a replacement.
